Neon Yellow Birthday

I recently won a set of Neat & Tangled stamps, so now I can play in the Little Tangles challenge.  This week it's Into the Woods:

I've used an embossing folder for the wood, and the rest of the design inspiration has come from Jocelyn Olson's card for CASE Study:

The circles, the neon, the birthday message across the card.  I kept my neon to just yellow so that I could enter the card into The Play Date Cafe's challenge:

(although the neon yellow looks green on my screen).

And the current challenge at CAS-ual Fridays is to use a number or numbers on your creation:

Stamps - Neat & Tangled Everyday Circles
Embossing Folder - Tim Holtz
Number dies - Memory Box Large Parker Deluxe Number Set and Large Parker Number Set
Circle Die - Spellbinders
