My First Pyjama Party

I've never been to a pyjama party, but it's never too late to start.  I'm joining in the party over at Waltzingmouse Stamps blog, and this is for Challenge 1: Thank You Very Much For Being My ...

It's also for CASE Study #167, where the inspiration comes from this gorgeous card by Keisha Campbell:

And for Runway Inspired Challenge #48.

Butterfly/floral stamp from Inkadinkado, sentiment from Waltzingmouse Stamps Say It Loud.  I painted the butterflies with Pearl-Ex then decided it was too dense so I overpainted it with an interference Pearl-Ex.  Dunno what colours they are because I'd ready-mixed them into a palette several years ago - but they're still good!

This next one is for Challenge 2: Pick a card, any card, so long as it's Christmas!

And it's also for Clearly Besotted challenge #6, Christmas. Stamps Clearly Besotted Signature Christmas,  Sequins Stickles.

Next up is Challenge 3: Tag, You're It, with the added challenge of making Claire smile:

Stamps by Ali Craft Ltd.  Mwah!

And the last challenge is Challenge 4, Time to deck those halls again.  I've used a freebie gift card holder template from Waltzingmouse:

I'm also entering into Simon Says Monday Challenge, Mystery.  And the mystery is, what gift card is inside?  Hopefully the $50 voucher! ;)

Card #2 Love the 'graphic-ness' of the design (I know that isn't a real word, but it just sounds right). The bottom of the tree branches combined with the tree trunk really create side-to-side movement!

There was humor, there was stunning color palettes, there was clever placement of elements and there was plenty of fun components to look at. I couldn't ask for more in a post!
