Hello! We've got a new challenge for you at Seize The Birthday - Three Shades of Green (or you can just play along with the Anything Goes birthday theme if you prefer).
I've made a spring floral arrangement with stamps and dies from The Greetery and added a couple of washi strips. I was sorely tempted to add splattering but managed to control myself :)
Pop on over to the Seize The Birthday blog for some more fabulous inspiration from the team, and from our fabulous surprise party guest, Carol of Just me:C, and play along with us.
Your card is glorious! I love green so must try and play along, Jo x
ReplyDeleteI love every shade of green - your three are gorgeous, Shirley - as is this lovely bottle, and its branch of blooms!

LOVE your 3 Shades of Green with the Washi Tape and watercolored vase and flowers, Shirley. Such a sweet Spring Birthday bouquet, my friend. TFS Love and Hugs..Nancy
ReplyDeleteAn appealing Spring card for a birthday. I too hesitate to add the splatters as I have messed up a few cards doing that. I do love the look of splatters, just not practiced to do them often.
ReplyDeleteLoving that vase! Awesome card
ReplyDeleteSplattering would have been fine... but I love the clean crisp design of this. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI have been on a splattering kick as of late but I think you made the right choice to refrain. This looks beautiful as is!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous CAS design Shirley, love how you've used the washi tape, Cathy x
ReplyDeleteSo pretty. Love how the flowers spread over the card. Great design.
ReplyDeleteThis is a lovely spring birthday card, Shirley! Great idea to use the green washi tape to place the vase on it!
ReplyDeleteHow did you manage to come up with this card? I love it! The minimalistic design (the splatters are not missed!! :D) and the green - just the perfect color!
ReplyDeleteThis is so soft and beautiful! Love the layout - has a lovely flow to it.
