Take It Make It - Multicoloured Stamping

It's the first Friday of the month, so it's a new challenge at Craft Stamper Take It, Make It!  This month we want you to use multicoloured stamping - use different colours of ink on a stamp to give a multicoloured image.

Our sponsor this month is Kim Costello from Paperbabe Stamps and the prize is your choice of character stamp.

I inked the background stamp (October Afternoon - Cakewalk) with Picked Raspberry, Squeezed Lemonade and Crushed Olive Distress Inks, spritzed and stamped, then spritzed again and stamped on a second piece of card.  I've used the second stamping - saves you having to get your sunglasses out.  This one's bright enough as it is!

I also inked up the solid flower image (Penny Black) with the same colours. The mini Distress Inks make it so much easier to ink small areas, I love them. All of them ;).  Again, inked, spritzed and stamped - this time it's the first stamping.

The clock and chains are from Kanban (now defunct, I believe) and the chevrons and sentiment are from Winnie & Walter.

Pop over to the Craft Stamper blog to see all the fabulous inspiration from the design team, and join in for your chance to win the prize from Paperbabe, be published in the magazine, and be a guest designer in a future challenge.
