CityGirl Celebrates The New Year

I'm rather taken with the current Inkspirational Challenge, and CityGirl seems to like it too!  I used patterned paper to make a new coat for her, and gave her some knee-length boots with a little detail.  This time I've gone for purple sequins to represent the firework bursts.

I'll be back with another entry in a couple of days :)
