STAMPlorations Inspiration #231
It's Inspiration Tuesday at STAMPlorations, and today I've used my Carved Flowers set to do some faux watercolouring. I masked off the edges of my watercolour paper panel then spritzed the paper so that it was damp. I inked the stamps with Distress Stains and stamped, and all the colours seeped and spread into the damp paper. Once it was all dry I re-stamped the images to give a crisper edge to the flowers and leaves.
Pop on over to the STAMPlorations blog for some more fabulous inspiration from the rest of the Design Team, and don't forget to leave a comment for your chance to win a $10 gift certificate to the store. While you're shopping there, if you use my code STAMPGIRLSHIRLEY you'll get 20% off.
