Yay, Day 3 of the STAMPlorations 7th Birthday Celebrations!
For today's card I've used one of the fabulous new cover plates, Circles All Over, as a blanket for my baby card.
I added the main image from Thank You Coffee and a Happy Birthday banner from Deepti's Balloons and Banners.
