Chloe Stems Mk1

I've been playing with my latest acquisition - Memory Box Chloe Stem die, which I've been coveting for some time, and finally given in.

I've used the colour scheme from this week's Paper Players challenge:

And I'm also entering it into Simon Says:

APRIL SHOWERS AND/OR SPRING FLOWERS

I sponged the die cuts with Faded Jeans, Tumbled Glass and Antique Linen distress inks, and stamped the background (Indigo Blu SB1 Script Background) with Antique Linen.  The tag sentiment (Kirsty Wiseman PICSA6297) is stamped in Colorbox Chianti.  The flower heads are popped up with foam dots.

  1. I love the Chloe die ... thought I was the only one that didn't have it in the whole world ... now I am! What a splendid card you've created with it too, love the graduated colour on the stems and how the dotty ribbon echoes the flower heads! Gorgeous! Anita :)

  2. There's something about this that makes me actually feel the breeze - the positioning of the flowers and the text behind, I think. Very clever!

  5. Yes, it really is a beautiful die! I love how you have created the illusion of 'movement' from a nice soft breeze, gently blowing the stems! The sheer ribbon works beautiuflly with the mood of your card as well.
