Kraft Birthday Bag




Although Neat & Tangled's month-long Birthday Bash has finished, they left one last challenge - to case one of the guest designer's creations.  I took my inspiration from two guest designer cards.  First, this fabulous birthday bag card by Lisa for her guest designer spot:
which opens out into

Rather than a cake surprise on the inside, I wanted a burst of flowers, and I loved Viriginia's flowers on her guest designer card:


So here's the inside of my card, complete with a little splatter of colour on the sentiment panel, another nod to Virginia's card:


And this week's CAS-ual Fridays challenge, which is closing very soon, is to combine kraft and text:

OK, so I added a bit of lace and a hand-rolled flower as well :)
