I die-cut a balloon (Poppystamps), sponged it with distress inks then overlapped it on my smooshed background panel, trimmed it, then added a sentiment from Uniko.

ReplyDeleteOh, this is one of those ideas which I see and think "now why didn't I think of that?!" And its so beautifully executed too!! Love the rainbow pastels of the background and the soft blue of the balloon!! Makes me wanna catch it and hold it!! He he!!
