Autumn MkII

And in the wink of an eye, I'm back with another Distress Inked autumn card.  Well, I couldn't waste all that lovely Distress Ink on the craft mat, now could I?

This time I managed not to drown the main leaf/branch stamp with water, so the images are slightly more defined.  I extended the branch with a stem stamp and added a few berries.  This card is going into the same challenges as the last card:

Paper Smooches SPARKS Picture Perfect challenge:

  10. This card and the card on the prior post knocked by autumnal socks off, Shirley Girley! I guarantee wins!! I only just earlier today saw another blog that had used the craft mat, instead of acetate or acrylic blocks and I couldn't wait to try it then. Now I'm positively itching!! The result you achieved is breathtaking.

I enjoyed your other creations, too, since my last visit and thoroughly enjoyed your romantic walk on the beach where hearts were literally left for you to decorate with your love!! Cool!!

  13. Two beautiful watercolor creations! Your first creation has a more 'relaxed' look to it....reminds me of some of the famous abstract creations from some of the famous artists! The more recent card definitely has more defined lines/image. Both are gorgeous - would not want to be forced to pick a favorite of the two :)
