STAMPlorations 2nd Birthday Blog Hop - Day 4
It's Day Four of STAMPlorations' 2nd Birthday Blog Hop. Today, I've just used one of the sets, Party Time. This is going to be one of my all time favourite sentiment sets, I can't get enough of birthday sentiments.
I brayered some lavender chalk paint onto my 3x5 Gelli Plate, laid the flowers (from ARTplorations Bloom Silhouettes) onto a piece of card then stamped the Gelli Plate over the flowers. Then I brayered a thin layer of translucent turquoise paint, removed some of the paint with bubblewrap, and re-stamped the Gelli Plate keeping the flowers in place. It created a lovely offset print. I added a sentiment from Party Time.
My Gelli Plate had several very thin ghost layers on it, so I brayered another layer of translucent turquoise then stamped it onto another card, and all the paint came off the plate leaving this lovely image. Two cards for the price of one!
