Hello! Here's a look at my final stamp set, Layered Poppies.
For this first card I've stamped the large solid image in a peachy colour, then overstamped with the smaller solid image in orange, then overstamped with the line image in black. The birthday sentiment is from Carved Flowers.
Originally I started a different card with a pink and red colour scheme, but then I smudged the black outline, and not wanting to waste it, I turned it into a mixed media piece by stamping text on some of the petals, scribbling Neocolours onto the background, then spraying a cardboard base with Distress Oxides, and adding some ribbon.

Great variety of designs, Shirley. Love your pivot on the second design! Great save.
ReplyDeleteHow cute these are. And someone named a type of Poppy after you, as you no doubt know.
ReplyDeleteI never knew that!!
DeleteLove the gorgeous orange poppies! They remind me of a hillside of poppy flowers I saw years ago on a trip.... I had to pull over and take some photos of them! Love your save on the pink poppies also. Great mixed media look for your card!
