The Mixed Media Card Challenge - Rainbows and Dragonflies

Hi folks, it's a new month and a new challenge at The Mixed Media Card Challenge.  This month it's Rainbow with an optical element of Dragonflies.

My optional element features quite prominently!  The background is Distress Ink mini pads swiped across the panel then spritzed.  I stencilled some dots with iridescent texture paste, and once it was all dry, stamped over the top.  The die-cut/embossed butterfly was dipped into spritzed Distress Inks on a craft mat, then painted with Wink of Stella.
