His & Hers Day 5


So today the lesson was His & Hers anniversary cards.  For my girly card I've used CAS-ual Fridays' Tic-Tac-Toe challenge of polka dots, bling and black & white.  I made my own polka dot border on the inside of the card using a single dot stamp, repeating every half inch - there are plenty of imperfections if you look closely.  The heart is cut from glitter card, which isn't showing up very well, but at least you can see the bling from the sequins.


For the man card, I used the colour scheme from The Play Date Cafe - magenta could be too close to pink for my husband's liking, so I might have to make him a different card! But hopefully the diamond border balances it out.

  7. The fancy edge looks fabulous and you swapped up the patterns and colours perfectly for a 'his n hers' version.
