Oh, The Lies!

Ever lied about eating chocolate?  Me too.  Ever lied about eating other people's chocolate? Mmmm, me too.

I've had this two-part sentiment stamp for a few years and it's remained uninked until today.  Just the thing for this guilty-looking mouse.

The challenge at Less is More is HUMOUR, the challenge at CASology is FURRY:

And the challenge at Simon Says is ANYTHING GOES:

I stamped the mouse onto spare card and cut him out, and rounded his fat little belly and popped it up with a foam dot.  Added a strip of designer paper for him to sit down on after gorging on all that chocolate.

  4. Hey stranger! So nice to be back in the loop, visiting all my blog buddies and feasting my poor crafty starved eyes on sa-weet (pun totally intended) cards like this yummy card.

Yep, borrowed (actually stole) several chocolate in my shady past!

Huge, big, ginormous apologies for missing some of your posts! However, I just back tracked to see what I missed and will apply one big AWESOMENESS cheer to all your latest cards.

Really, REALLY love the card you made for Ardyth's b-day - gorgeous color combo!

I'm sorry I'm so late visiting but I've been in a rather chilly Italy for the last week on a choir tour!
    Thanks so much

  12. This resonates with me so much. I find myself resenting the fact that I can't eat junk in my own house because I have to set a good example for my children. No wonder you find Mothers hiding in the closets with their treats! lol! Thanks so much for playing along with us at CASology this week!

  16. Oh my God, Shirley! This should be the winner if you ask me! I literally am holding my sides! Did you also get this card in the "Humour" challenge at LIM before the end? It would be too bad if you didn't, it would win there, too. Of course I'm not in charge of these things. I'm just sayin'. I'm also pinning this and CASEing it, so thank you on behalf of the millions of people you will make laugh with this card!!
